Stacie F. Dubnow graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University in 1984, third in her class of 1,100 and the recipient of the Department of Sociology Award. After earning a J.D. from Georgetown Law Center in 1987, Ms. Dubnow practiced in the litigation department of the New York law firm of Thacher Profitt & Wood. In 1991, she relocated to Baltimore, Maryland and joined the law firm of Freishtat & Sandler, where she practiced for 11 years before forming Freishtat, Mullen & Dubnow, LLC.
Ms. Dubnow, who enjoys an AV Martindale Hubbell Rating, is a member of the bars of Maryland, New York and Massachusetts and has significant trial experience prosecuting and defending commercial cases. Her practice includes complex business litigation of all types, including but not limited to legal malpractice, medical malpractice, wrongful death, trust and estate litigation, lender liability litigation, fraud, consumer protection litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, contract actions, and appellate practice.
