David Freishtat is the founding partner of the Maryland law firms Freishtat & Sandler and Freishtat, Mullen & Dubnow, LLC. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law in 1961, Mr. Freishtat has an AV Martindale Hubbell Rating and has been actively engaged in complex business litigation of every variety in state and federal courts for the last 41 years. He is the co-author of "Pattern Examinations of Witnesses for the Maryland Lawyer".
Selected by the Baltimore Magazine as one of Baltimore's best commercial litigation attorneys, Mr. Freishtat has extensive trial experience on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts in complex, protracted, high-stakes business disputes of every kind. He has represented plaintiffs in major legal malpractice cases for over 30 years. Other representative matters include accounting malpractice actions, construction litigation, lender liability litigation, fraud and misrepresentation cases, discrimination litigation, antitrust cases and appellate practice. Mr. Freishtat is a member of the United States Supreme Court. He also is a qualified mediator in professional liability and construction disputes.
